When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, you can return the product(s) within 30 days from the date we first shipped your order for refund or replacement.

Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will issue you a REFUND once we have received the product in question. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value.

However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.

2. Warranty period: 90 days warranty for all products except digital camera of which the warranty period is one year.

3. Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of 40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided.

If you receive a faulty product(s) or are not satisfied with our product(s), you have the right to return the product(s) to us within 30 days from the dispatched date of your first order for replacement or refund of the product price (shipping fee will not be refunded). 5. If the products are tested to be non-defective, they are not eligible for any refund. Such items will be returned to you and you need to pay for the return postage.

6. ANY items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund. If the returned package is lost in transit and it is not insured, sender is responsible for the loss. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.

Return for Exchange

Exchanges are only allowed when the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt. Please examine your ordered item carefully upon its arrival. If you received a poor-quality product or a wrong product other than the one you ordered, please take photos of the item and send us the photos within 3 days of receipt. After checking the problem, we will contact you. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process.

Guidelines for Return

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of the product during return shipping. For your interests, we suggest you send back the parcel via a traceable method.

To return the ordered product, please pack the product securely and attach a note with the following information:

1) Order Number;
2) Product Code/Product Name;
3) Details of the reason for your return;
4) A refund or exchange as the solution.

Process of Refund or Exchange

Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. And replacements will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your return to process your refund or exchange.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact us by Live Chat or by email  ASAP. If your order has not been processed and dispatched, we can cancel it for you free of charge. If your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. After the item’s arrival, you can decide whether to keep the item or return it.
